  1.     The REGister command allows you to register with the system.
  2.     It will ask you for your name and home bbs, and also for you
  3.     email address.
  4.  
  5.     This information will be used in greeting you, and telling
  6.     other users a little about you. If an email address is given,
  7.     any mail you originate from this bbs will contain a 'reply-to'
  8.     header with this address. Ie. possible email replies to your
  9.     original message might end of at the email address given,
  10.     if the reply-to header survives all the systems handling the
  11.     message.
